Eugene Wong is the managing director of Sirius Venture Capital, which he founded in 2002. Sirius partners with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), investing in their growth and helping them improve their corporate governance and growth strategies.

Today, Eugene is a non-executive vice-chairman of Japan Foods Holdings and Non executive director of three other listed companies - Jason Marine Group, Neo Group and Singapore Kitchen Equipment.

Eugene is also the non-executive chairman of CrimsonLogic, a Singapore eGov solutions firm. Since 2012, he has helped to steer the firm to re-invent its business and take on a global focus. Eugene also serves on the board of IE Singapore and AVA. Eugene has taught entrepreneurial finance and private equity at the National University of Singapore as an adjunct associate professor. He is the first Singaporean leadership fellow of the National Association of Corporate Directors and is a Chartered Director from UK IoD.
