Keoy Soo Earn leads the Deloitte Southeast Asia Financial Advisory Services and Mergers & Acquisitions practice. He has extensive experience in leading and supporting strategic investors, financial investors and lenders in their domestic and cross border transactions.

Soo Earn is a Board member and Audit Committee Chairman of the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore. He is also a member of the Financial Reporting Committee (FRC), Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and chairs the Valuation Subcommittee of FRC. He is a council member of the Singapore Accountancy Commission’s Institute of Valuers and Appraisers of Singapore (IVAS).

Soo Earn was recognised as a leading IP Strategist in the World by Intellectual Asset Management in 2013 and 2014, and the world's leading Due Diligence Accountants by Who’s Who Legal in 2015 and 2016.

He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), a Fellow Chartered Accountant of Singapore and a Senior Practicing Management Consultant (SPMC). He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy and a Graduate Certificate in Intellectual Property Laws.
