This morning, SIAS President & CEO, Mr David Gerald and Mr Kenneth Pang (Member of SIAS Corporate Governance Committee) met with Dr. Tan See Leng, CEO & MD, Mr Richard Seow, Vice Chairman, Dr Lim Cheok Peng, Executive Vice Chairman of Parkway Health and Mr Dilhan Pillay, Legal Advisor to Parkway Holdings “The Parkway Team”, at SIAS office to discuss the issues.

SIAS notes with keen interest the article titled “If Khazanah fails, poison pill could hurt Parkway” in today’s Business Times, front page by S Jayasankaran. It suggests that in the event that Khazanah’s partial offer fails, there may be implications in relation to Parkway’s continuing investment and interest in Malaysia’s Pantai Group, as the earnings contributions of the Pantai Group to Parkway Holdings has been stated to be significant to the earnings of Parkway Holdings. This is an issue that is of material significance to all shareholders of Parkway.

Singapore, 3 June 2010 – Securities Investors Association (Singapore) today announced the return of Asian Investment Conference and Exhibition 2010 (AICE 2010), from Saturday 5th Jun to Sunday 6th Jun 2010.

SIAS is pleased to announce that it is working with its independent research arm, SIAS Research, to enhance investors’ knowledge about Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs), Structured Warrants (SW) and Extended Settlement (ES) contracts listed on Singapore Exchange (SGX).

This morning, I met up with Sino Environment's (the "Company") newly appointed Chairman, Dr Charlie In and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Sam Chong Keen, at SIAS' office to discuss the concerns of the Company's minority shareholders.
