Mr. Tay Woon TeckManaging Director, Risk Advisory, RSM
Woon Teck is currently the Managing Director of RSM’s Risk Advisory division. He works closely with Boards and the C-suite in designing a risk management framework that links corporate strategies to risk management activities, corporate governance and internal control activities.
He is concurrently an Executive Director with the firm’s Corporate Advisory division, advising clients on corporate strategies, succession planning, profit improvements and cross-border M&A transactions. His work covers a wide range of industries in the UK, the US, Canada, China and ASEAN countries.
Woon Teck is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and a qualified CRMA (Certification in Risk Management Assurance).
He actively advises the social enterprises sector on corporate governance, risk management and internal control processes.
He was invited as a guest lecturer in the National University of Singapore’s Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Business Administration programmes to share his practical insights on “Managing Cross-border Investment Risk”.
Woon Teck co-authored the “Risk Governance for the Third Sector” workbook as well as the “Doing Business in ASEAN” guidebook.
