Ms. Theresa Goh Chairman, SATA CommHealth
Theresa started her career with IBM Singapore where she influenced and managed global MNCs' needs for multimillion dollar technology solutions. She then set up her own consultancy and to date, has accumulated 18 years of direct experience with more than 100 start ups and corporate clients on leadership search, assessments, development and alignment to the business.
Her background is in Business Administration and Organizational Psychology.
She is also a board member of NVPC (National Volunteer and Philanthropy Centre) and SATA CommHealth Ltd and an Associate Coach with the Centre for Creative Leadership.
As the past Chairman of CNPL (Centre for Non Profit leadership), Theresa has deep insights into the needs of the non-profit sector especially with the challenges of attracting and managing talents for peak mission performance.
