Ms. Wendy Loo Deputy Director, Grant Management Division, Tote Board
Wendy Loo is currently with Tote Board's Grant Management Division, leading its Grant Policy & Research, Knowledge Management and Compliance & Administration functions. As a grant making organization, Tote Board contributes to building and sustaining an inclusive, resilient and vibrant community through our grants. Tote Board works closely with stakeholders and partners to support worthy projects across the sectors of Arts & Culture, Community Development, Education, Health, Social Service and Sports.
Wendy started her career in banking and logistics with organisations such as Deutsche Bank, Citibank, HSBC and TNT Express Worldwide. Prior to joining Tote Board, she served in public sector entities such as Maritime Port & Authority of Singapore, Ministry of Trade & Industry and International Enterprise Singapore, focusing on strategy planning, industry and manpower development.
