APPLICATION PROCEDURES
GRANT
Charities may submit their applications online at least 1 month before the commencement of the course to be considered for funding.
If your organisation does not have a userid and password, please complete the following forms:
Online form: e-services Login Request for Organisation and select "Funding Application".
Hardcopy form: Inter-bank GIRO - Direct Credit Authorisation Form submit them via post to the VCF Secretariat.
Your designated contact person will receive the userid and password from the VCF Secretariat within 10 working days upon receipt of the completed forms.
This conference has been pre-approved at 80% VCF funding – SGD 40

Course Fee per pax after VCF funding – SGD 10
Local Training Ref. No (eg: LT00000/FY21/22)
WHO TO ATTEND
VCF funding is for eligible management staff or Board members from registered Charities/ IPCs of up to 2 representatives per organisation.
ATTENDANCE POLICY
To achieve a minimum of 75% attendance by attending a full-day conference (Day 1) and any 1 FULL workshop (Day 2)
Login to E-services using the login ID and password assigned to your organisation.
Click on ‘Funding Applications’ follow by ‘Local Training Grants’.
Once in, select ‘Local Training Grant Application’.
Select ‘New’ to submit a fresh application.
From the training provider’s drop-down list, select ‘Securities Investors Association (Singapore)’.
From the course drop-down list, select: ‘Charities Governance Conference 2021 – Securities Investors Association (Singapore)’.
Key in the following mandatory details:
Course date.
Number of participants from your organisation.
All requested details of each participant as indicated in the page.
Complete the declaration section followed by personal particulars of person submitting the application.
Click ‘Submit’ to complete the registration.
