SIAS reserves the right to amend the programme/ agenda without notice including change in topics and/or speakers, and/or location, and/or dates of the event.

Registration Confirmation

Paying Delegates: Registration is confirmed upon received of full payment. A confirmation email and the webinar link will be sent to the registered email address within 3 working days. If the confirmation email is not received after 3 working days upon payment, please contact us at cgweek@sias.org.sg.

Complimentary Delegates: A confirmation email with the webinar link will be sent to the registered email address within 3 working days. If the confirmation email and webinar link is not received after 3 working days, please contact us at cgweek@sias.org.sg.

Payment Method

We accept payment via PayNow, PayPal and Bank Transfer.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend, a replacement is welcome at no extra charge. Please provide the name, designation, email address and contact details of the replacement at least 7 working days prior to conference/ workshop(s). There is no refund for cancellation. The Organiser reserves the right to make any amendments and/or changes to the programme, speaker replacements and/or if warranted by circumstances beyond its control.
