On behalf of the Securities Investors Association Singapore (SIAS), we extend our heartfelt congratulations to you on becoming the 4th Prime Minister of Singapore.
We fondly remember your attendance as the Guest of Honour at our annual SIAS Investors’ Choice Awards event several years ago, during the tenure of former Minister Mrs Lim Hwee Hua as our Chairperson. During your role as the Finance Minister and tenure in MAS as Board Member and Deputy Chairman, your well-calibrated approach and sincere engagement have always been greatly appreciated by all of us, the members of the securities investors community. We will also remember your significant contribution leading the multi-ministry task force during Covid which helped many businesses and Singaporeans during the very difficult times.
PM you can look forward to our full support to your initiatives to improve our financial capital markets. This year is SIAS 25th Jubilee and we look forward to updating you on our initiatives and accomplishments for the small investors. We also hope we can look forward to meeting you in person soon at one of our major events in 2025.
