Pre-Eogm Meeting Between Sias And Minority Shareholders Of First Software Corporation Limited

Date: November 2, 2007

Some minority shareholders of First Sortware Corporation Ltd (“FSC”) met with me this late afternoon with regard to their serious concerns on the current Management/Directors performance and the prospect of delisting of the Company by December 25, 2007 as informed by SGX. The delisting will take effect if the company does not complete a viable turnaround plan by December 25, 2007. Minority shareholders of FSC are worried about the real prospect of delisting. They are unhappy with the current Management/Directors as they are not confident that the Management/Directors can avoid the delisting based on their current performance. Minority shareholders are therefore anxious to know the current state of affairs as the prospect of delisting appears to be imminent.

To this end, the minority shareholders have requisitioned for an EOGM on 9th November 2007 at the NUSS Kent Ridge Guild House at 9.30am.

The disgruntled minority shareholders have requested SIAS to host a dialogue session with them to discuss the issues currently troubling them on Tuesday 6th November 2007 at 7.00pm at the following location:

Singapore Accountancy Academy (Room 4)
No. 6 Raffles Quay # 23-00
Singapore 048580

Minority shareholders of FSC who wish to attend this dialogue session with SIAS should register via email at admin@sias.org.sg or contact 98938455.
