SIAS Fireside Chat with Frasers Property Limited

SIAS did a fireside chat with Ms Eu Chin Fen, CEO, Frasers Hospitality Trust  (FHT) to understand the rationale of the privatisation of FHT via a trust scheme of arrangement at a consideration of $0.70 per stapled security. On behalf of FHT’s stapled security holders, SIAS asked FHT several questions including the rationale of the strategic review and why did the Board decide on the sale of the FHT platform to the sponsor, Frasers Property Limited as the final option. SIAS also asked Ms Eu on the drop in FHT’s NAV and DPS as well as if the current offer is the best offer for the stapled security holders.
