SIAS is pleased to note that MAS is consulting the public on proposals to further safeguard consumers’ interests and promote higher industry standards for the sale and marketing of unlisted investment products.
SIAS will convene a forum to receive feedback from investors who invest in unlisted investment products. The proposals are timely and will no doubt promote better industry standards for the sale and marketing of unlisted investment products.
However, their input and suggestions will be heard and relayed to MAS for consideration.
