In early 2021, Eagle Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust (EHT) and its subsidiaries filed for bankruptcy in the United States under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. SIAS has received a number of investor queries to seek further clarity. SIAS held a Q&A session with EHT, moderated by Mr. Mervyn Lim, Management Committee & Chairman, Audit Committee, SIAS.
