Ms Beh has over 23 years of experience in financial and corporate planning, development and compliance in real estate, as well as auditing in Singapore and Malaysia. Mr Chan has 19 years of private and public sector experience in managing investment, development, asset management, operations, strategic planning, stakeholder relations and corporate functions. Ms. Chang Rui Hua, ICIR

Rui Hua joined CapitaLand Limited in 2013 as the Assistant Vice President, Group CFO’s Office. Since joining, she was a key member in structuring and executing CapitaLand’s prominent corporate finance projects such as privatisation of CapitaMalls Asia, issuing and repurchasing convertible bonds. As the Head of Investor Relations since June 2015, Rui Hua now oversees the relationship and engagement with CapitaLand’s public equity and fixed income investors.

Before joining CapitaLand Limited, Rui Hua had 7 years of extensive investment banking experience in the China International Capital Corporation and DBS Bank Ltd. She was involved in many high-profile IPOs of international companies in Singapore such as Tiger Airways and Xinren Aluminum.
