Sam Goh is the Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer at Sapphire TradeX LLP. He has 9 years of accumulated experience in the areas of equity investments and derivative trading. Once accredited as the youngest wealth coach in Asia, Sam is formerly oversaw one of China’s fastest growing asset management company with an Asset Under Management (AUM) of $10 billion RMB. In 2015, he was conferred The Most Outstanding Financial Entrepreneur of the Year by AFA (Shanghai) for his contributions in the management of the asset management company.

Shanison Lin is the CEO and founder of InvestingNote, the first and largest social network for stock investors in Singapore. SPH is a substantial shareholder of the company, and other backers include National Research Foundation and Media Development Authority of Singapore.

Vijay has over seven years of experience in the financial services industry, primarily in equity research analysis covering a wide range of sectors including Property & REITs , Offshore & Marine and Aviation. Prior to joining RHB Research Institute, Vijay spent over one year with Sea Capital Investment Management (a hedge fund with AUM of USD20m) as a Senior Analyst where he was responsible for identifying equity opportunities in the Oil & Gas sectors in Asia (ex. Japan). Vijay begun his financial career with UOB Kay Hian Singapore where he spent more than five years as an equity research analyst focusing mainly on Property and REITs.

Vijay holds an MBA Degree from S.P.Jain Center of Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communication from Anna University.

Mr. David Gerald was a former Magistrate, Coroner, Deputy Public Prosecutor and State Counsel in the Singapore Legal Service, is the Founder, President and CEO of Securities Investors Association (SIAS) which is the largest retail investor body in Asia. He has had a legal career spanning over 30 years and founded SIAS in 1999 to successfully contest the freezing of shares of 172,000 Singapore investors in Malaysian companies by the Malaysian government.

Mr. Gerald is heralded as the champion of corporate governance and investor rights in Southeast Asia and for this reason Forbes Global featured him on their global cover page.

In 2009, Mr. Gerald received the Special Achievement Award by Singapore Exchange for championing individual investor’s interest, advocating corporate governance and investor education.

In 2011, under his leadership, SIAS was awarded the Gold Standard Award for Good Governance by Public Affairs Asia, Hong Kong, an award usually reserved for governments and statutory bodies.

Adeline Sim is the Executive Director of HRnetGroup Limited. She was appointed to the Board on 16 May 2017. She leads corporate strategic and tactical legal initiatives for our Group, including the development of corporate policies, procedures and programmes. She is also holding the role of General Counsel and serves as the key legal advisor, providing continuing counsel and guidance on legal matters and the legal implications for all transactions, obtaining and overseeing the work of external counsel where required. Since August 2015, she has also overseen the newly established digital marketing and communications function of our Group.

Adeline Sim began her career as a lawyer with Drew & Napier LLC in 2004 where she was engaged in, amongst others, general corporate work and dispute resolution. She left the law firm in 2008 to join the Group as a legal counsel, and became the General Counsel in 2015. Adeline Sim graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the National University of Singapore in 2003. She was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 2004, and has been a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales since 2006. She is also a member of the Zhenghua Citizens’ Consultative Committee.

Ms. Tan Su Shan joined DBS in July 2010 as Managing Director and Group Head of Wealth Management. She was promoted to Group Head of Consumer Banking & Wealth Management in April 2013.

Prior to joining DBS, Su Shan was Morgan Stanley’s Head of Private Wealth Management for Southeast Asia. Before re-joining Morgan Stanley in May 2008, she was a Region Head for Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei for Citi Private Bank.

Su Shan graduated with a Master of Arts from Oxford University in the United Kingdom, where she studied Politics, Philosophy and Economics. In February 2006, she was selected by Citi Private Bank to participate in the Senior Leadership Program at Harvard Business School. In May 2012, she was awarded the Distinguished Financial Industry Competent Professional (FICP) title, which is the highest certification mark for a financial practitioner in Singapore, by the Institute of Banking and Finance.”

Mr Tony Tan Tee Hieong was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Non-Independent Director of CapitaLand Mall Trust Management Limited. on 1 May 2017.

Prior to this appointment, Mr Tan was the Chief Executive Officer of CapitaLand Retail China Trust Management Limited from July 2010 to 31 March 2017. He has 26 years of combined experience in international treasury, finance and risk management in locally-listed companies and multinationals, with the last 10 years in real estate investment, asset management and capital market.

He has a Bachelor of Accountancy from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Business Administration (Distinction) from the University of Manchester.

Graduated as a medical doctor from the National University of Singapore, Daniel’s life change when he discovered the joy of stock investing.

He subsequently acquired the relevant skills in the value investing and found his true calling as a trainer and Executive Director of Value Investing College.

Within the Group, Daniel is responsible for the strategic planning and Marketing of the Education segment as well as management and consolidation of the programmes and schedule across the globe including Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand, Myanmar, Vietnam, India and Dubai.

Mr Duane Ho was appointed Group Chief Financial Officer on 5 March 2018. Mr Ho is responsible for all of the Group’s global financial functions including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, financial statement reporting, cash flow management, financial control, audit and corporate tax. He is also responsible for securing financing options available to the Group to fund its growth strategies, as well as leading the Group’s internal financial controls and risk management efforts.

Prior to his appointment, Mr Ho spent four years in corporate advisory and restructuring firm, Borrelli Walsh, managing financial and operational restructurings as well as process improvements for its clients across Asia. Mr Ho also led numerous C-level negotiations, M&A feasibility studies and provided end-to-end corporate financing advice to companies listed in Asia-Pacific.

Mr Ho’s professional accreditations include CPA Australia, since 2013, and is a chartered accountant of Singapore. He graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne with a double major in Accounting and Finance.

Ms Yeow is the Head of Capital Markets and Corporate Development at the Manager of Ascendas Reit. She is responsible for the management of capital structure, treasury, financial risks, transaction execution, investor relations and corporate development.

Ms Yeow has over 25 years of professional experience that spans across buy-side and sell-side sectors of capital markets, as well as in corporate strategies and development. Her exposure covers Asia Pacific ex-Japan. She was employed by Ascendas and worked in the Corporate Strategies and Development Department of Ascendas from April 2002 till December 2005. Following that, she was employed by Standard and Poor’s as Associate Director of Equity Research. Ms Yeow’s last appointment prior to re-joining Ascendas on 1 October 2013, was with Nomura Asset Management as Asian Property Analyst.

Ms Yeow holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration (major in Finance), with Honours from West Virginia University, USA.

Mr Peter H.K. Koh was appointed as the Group’s Chief Executive Officer in December 2014. Mr Koh has been instrumental in driving the strategic direction and development of the Group’s business since his appointment, including the diversification and expansion of the Group’s business model beyond farming, building new income streams for Oceanus’ long term sustainable growth. He was also pivotal in the Group’s successful debt restructuring exercise completed in December 2017 that had reversed the Group’s balance sheet back into the black.

Prior to Mr Koh’s appointment at Oceanus, he had spent 22 years building a branding company he founded, which has a business presence across three continents. Mr Koh was involved in the day-to-day operations and developments of his company’s business divisions – namely, Media Productions, Interactive, Visual Designs and Merchandising. Under his leadership, the company had ventured into Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) for major retail brands and is also amongst the first few to be selected by the Singapore Media Development Authority to produce HD format TV infotainment programmes. He led the Merchandising division in securing licensing rights for the FIFA 2006 World Cup, and in 2009, the company won The Summit International Award for marketing effectiveness in the USA.

Mr Koh sold the overseas operations seven years ago and divided his time between charities and investments. After a five-year break, Mr Koh returned to the business community in December 2014 when he was appointed Group CEO of Oceanus Group Limited.

Mr Koh’s past and present directorships include PT. Kertas Blabak, Indonesia’s fourth largest recycle paper mill; Eagle Coin, a joint venture with China’s largest food manufacturer and State Owned Enterprise; as well as being appointed Investment Advisor to the Sino-Indian Conglomerate Ramky-Revo for their overseas investments.

An astute entrepreneur, Mr Koh also actively champions social causes and was conferred the Public Service Medal in 2014. He currently sits on the council of the North West Community Development Council. His previous appointments include sitting on the Advisory Board of the National Youth Council’s National Youth Award, Chairman of Rotary Club of Singapore Vocational that oversees the Rotary-ASME Entrepreneur of the Year Award, Councilor at Central Singapore Community Development Council and Singapore Community Chest Share Committee
