Management Committee (2023 - 2025)The Association is managed by a Management Committee (MC) elected by members at the 2023 AGM comprising of the following members:Mr David Gerald Chairman - Constitution Amendment, Investor Education and Investor Rights Sub Committees and Deputy Chairman - Membership Sub CommitteePRESIDENT Mr David Gerald, a former litigation lawyer, magistrate and DPP, is the Founder and CEO of SIAS. He is a member of the Corporate Governance Advisory Committee of MAS, a member of the Listing Advisory Committee, Disciplinary Committee and Appeals Committee of Singapore Exchange. He represents SIAS on the OECD Asian Corporate Governance Roundtable.
