Catherine Loh is the Chief Executive Officer of the Community Foundation of Singapore (CFS), an organisation that provides philanthropy advisory services and grant-making services to donors who wish to set up their own charitable funds.

Prior to joining CFS in 2012, Catherine spent 20 years in the financial sector. She was an Investment Officer in the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation, Vice President in Fixed Income Sales in Goldman Sachs Singapore, General Manager & Head of SEA Fixed Income Sales in Lehman Brothers Singapore and Chief Admin Officer of Fixed Income in Nomura Singapore.

Catherine has been active in charity and volunteering work since 2004 when she first became the Chairperson of Lehman Brother’s Singapore Philanthropy Committee. She is currently a member of the Assisi Hospice Finance Committee, Metta Welfare Association Investment Committee, Singapore Art Museum Audit Committee and School Advisory Committee of Telok Kurau Primary School. She is also in the Advisory Committee of the National Youth Fund, established by the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth.

Catherine holds a CFA and graduated with an Honours Degree in Economics and Statistics from the National University of Singapore.
