Chan Wan Hong is a senior partner in Dentons Rodyk's Corporate practice, focusing on corporate finance and capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and venture capital investments.

Wan Hong advises on initial public offerings (IPOs), rights issues, share placements and other fundraising transactions involving the issue of equity, convertible and debt securities. He advises on securities and company laws in Singapore, including the requirements under the Companies Act, the Securities and Futures Act, the Singapore Code on Takeovers and Mergers and the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.

Wan Hong advises listed companies on their corporate actions and ongoing compliance requirements. He has also been involved in several debt restructuring exercises, where he advises on issues and documentation which involve securities laws and compliance with applicable listing rules.

Additionally, he advises on general corporate matters and transactions, and is experienced in private practice.
