Lee Suet-Fern is the managing partner of Morgan Lewis Stamford, the Singapore office of Morgan Lewis, a leading global law firm, where she is also a member of the Board.

Over the past 20 years, she has served on the boards of public listed companies in Singapore, Hong Kong, Europe and elsewhere. Currently, amongst others, she sits on the board of AXA and Sanofi, 2 global Fortune 100 companies. She also is a board member of the World Justice Project, an independent multidisciplinary organization working to advance the rule of law around the world. She is a member of the Executive Committee of the Senate of the Singapore Academy of Law where she also chairs the Legal Education Cluster, a member of the Diversity Action Committee of Singapore Exchange Limited, a member of the Advisory Board to the Law School at Singapore Management University, and is a trustee for Nanyang Technological University.

She is a former President of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association, an international association of business lawyers interested in the Asia- Pacific and was also the Chair of the Asian Civilisations Museum.

She has been awarded the Chambers and Partners Asia-Pacific Life-time Achievement award (becoming the first ever woman recipient), the Asian Legal Business Life Time Achievement Award, Euromoney Asia Women Business Law Awards for mergers and acquisitions and private equity and Best Lawyers Mergers & Acquisitions "Lawyer of the Year".

Suet Fern graduated with a double first in law from Cambridge University in 1980, winning various academic prizes, and is also a Barrister-at-law at Gray’s Inn, London.
