Governance ReportMANAGEMENT COMMITTEE MEETINGSThe Management Committee (MC) is required under the Constitution to meet once in two months. The MC met seven (7) times during the financial year ended 30 June 2024, on the following dates: %u2022 19 July 2023 %u2022 20 September 2023 %u2022 30 November 2023 %u2022 17 January 2024 %u2022 3 February 2024 %u2022 19 March 2024 %u2022 15 May 2024As and when needed, the Management Committee may also hold additional meetings. The Management Committee also reviews the vision, mission and strategies of SIAS and undertakes performance reviews of the Association during the above meetings to ensure that the objects of our constitution are fulfilled.Below please find the attendance of the Management Committee.
