REMUNERATION & HUMAN RESOURCE SUB COMMITTEE (2023-2025)Mr Loh Uantchern Chairman, Asia Pacific, Black Sun GroupCHAIRMAN The Remuneration & HR Committee assists the MC in developing formal and transparent policies on remuneration matters. The committee also approves appointments, promotions/removals and remuneration matters for senior management. This Committee will provide industry guidelines suitable to the Association and recommend changes to the current employment practices, if necessary. The introduction of a Staff Handbook will be under the purview of this Committee. It will provide advice and guidance to the Chief Executive, when requested.The committee members met two times during the financial year to review the salaries, bonuses to staff and discuss their performance with the CEO. The CEO, who is also the Founder and President, was not involved in the discussion of his performance and bonus, which is decided by the MC and recommended by the Remuneration Committee.
