Over the years, SIAS has successfully mediated numerous corporate disputes among various stakeholders. More recently, SIAS%u2019 involvement in several privatisation and delisting processes resulted in upward revisions of offer prices, which were initially perceived as %u201clowball%u201d or not %u201cfair and reasonable%u201d in legal terms. In FY2024, SIAS facilitated 23 shareholder engagement activities. We see a significant change in the demand for physical events by both companies and investors, with almost 70% of the shareholder engagement activities hosted in-person. Several high-profile corporate actions that SIAS moderated include Internationalization of Sabana Industrial REIT, Recapitalization of Manulife US REIT and the Restructuring of No Signboard Holdings. This financial year, SIAS provided 25 commentaries and press releases. Several issues addressed revolved around high profile privatization offers like OCBC-Great Eastern Deal and delisting of Best World International. SIAS will continue to put itself at the forefront of such corporate actions in order to maintain sustainable and stable stakeholder relationships in the investment community.Investor RightsDialogue Session with CapitaLand Ascott Trust (11 October 2023)67 25TH ANNUAL REPORT | 2023 - 2024
