Governance in Action – From Purpose to Practice and Impact
Charities play a crucial role in society by responding to social needs in the community. They have the potential to build bridges and unite people through their work. While it is important for charities to have clarity of their purposes, they must also be able to put that purpose into practice and demonstrate their Impact for the betterment of society and well-being of individuals and communities. To achieve this, charities must have an effective governance framework in place that enables them to translate their purpose into practical actions. This includes having clear strategies, proper policies and procedures to manage the board, risks, environment, digitalisation and communications, as well as effective monitoring and evaluation processes to measure the impact of their programmes and initiatives.
Don’t miss out on this opportunity to learn from eminent industry experts and connect with like-minded professionals. Register now for the “Governance in Action – From Purpose to Practice and Impact” conference and take the first step towards achieving your charity’s mission and making a meaningful difference in the world.
