About M1

M1 Ltd. provides mobile voice, data communications, broadband and fixed communications services in Singapore. The Company also operates high-speed fixed broadband, fixed voice and other services on the Next Generation Nationwide Broadband Network (NGNBN).

The principal activities of the Group are the provision of mobile telecommunication services, international call services, mobile retail sales, after-sales support, customer services, paging services, research and development of mobile telecommunication products and services and investment holding function.

On 4 December 2002, M1 was listed on the Singapore Exchange. Founding shareholders - Keppel Telecoms Pte Ltd (19.08%) and SPH Multimedia Private Limited (13.28%), together with Axiata Investments (Singapore) Limited (28.32%) now jointly own 60.68% of M1 with the rest owned by institutional and public investors.
