In the Art of War, Sun Tze mentioned five factors that one should know in order to assess his chances of victory in battle. The five factors are Tao (or the way), Heaven, Earth, General (or human capital), and Method. “Knowing them” he says, “one is victorious, not knowing them one is not.”
| recently had the opportunity to speak with Mr. Lin Jiancheng, Executive Chairman and CEO of Eratat Lifestyle Limited (Eratat) at his office in Jinjiang City, Fujian Province, China, and was intrigued by his strategic planning and skilful execution of those plans.
