SIAS on 18 July incorrectly named Mr Zhang Wen Jun (Mr Zhang) as one of the requisitioning shareholders of Shanghai Turbo in the Press Statement; Meeting of Shanghai Turbo Shareholders with SIAS.
Mr Zhang Wen Jun was not a requisitioning shareholder. Instead, Mr Zhang was one of the proposed directors by the requisitioning shareholders.
SIAS sincerely regrets the error and apologises to Mr Zhang Wen Jun for the mixup.
