Complaint Against Informatics By Shareholders

Date: May 6, 2004

Singapore, 6 May 2004 – The Securities Investors Association (Singapore), (SIAS) has received complaints from some of the shareholders of Informatics Holdings Ltd. They complained losing 70% of their share value arising from the overstatement of the company’s profit margin as recently disclosed by the company.

SIAS proposes to seek legal advice to determine if there is any basis for the shareholders of Informatics to seek redress and, if so, to assist the shareholders in this regard.

Shareholders who are willing to support SIAS proposed action are advised to email SIAS their particulars and confirmation of support at siasg@singnet.com.sg.

If enough support is received, SIAS will be willing to meet the shareholders of Informatics who are members of SIAS to discuss the proposed action.
