| We refer to OLAM first notice on 18 December 2017 and the reminder notice on 15 January 2018 on the above. Trading of the Warrants on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited has ceased from 23 January 2018. This is a final reminder that the Olam Warrants will expire at 5.00 p.m. on Monday, 29 January 2018.
If you are a Warrantholder and wish to exercise the Warrants, please contact the Warrant Agent at the address and phone number given below for an Exercise Notice (if you do not already have one). Warrantholders shall complete the Exercise Notice and apply for a banker’s draft/cashier order (in US dollars only). Both documents are to be submitted to the Warrant Agent before the expiry date. Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd Warrantholders who hold their warrants in their SRS accounts are advised to approach their respective investment banks (DBS, UOB or OCBC) who will act on their behalf by the closing date.
