From time to time, investors have been calling our President for advice on issues that concern them resulting from their investments in listed companies. It is therefore decided that we should have shareholders’ dialogue sessions to discuss issues that affect them across the board. At this dialogue session, members can raise issues that are of concern to them and SIAS will have a panel of experts to address your concerns. The panel of experts will comprise of Mr T K Yap, CFA, Executive Director, OCBC Securities & Advisor to CFA; Mr Robson Lee, Asst Hon Secretary, Partner, Shook Lin & Bok; Mr Christopher Tan, Committee Member SIAS; and Mr David Gerald, President/CEO, SIAS. The issues that will be raised by members of SIAS will be of interest to all retail investors. Hence, our invitation to the press.
Also, members may have ideas as to how SIAS could function and serve them. Such ideas are welcome at this meeting too.
