Following the successful SIAS dialogue session with Pan-United Corporation (“PanU”) in October 2017, we are pleased that PanU has considered the feedback from its shareholders, and will be extending special assistance to them on the distribution in specie of shares in Xinghua Port Holdings (“Xinghua”). Shareholders who require assistance filling in their forms to receive their Xinghua shares may head to:

PanU staff will be stationed at the venue to assist shareholders with the forms or any queries. Shareholders are advised to bring along all relevant forms. Those who have already filled in their forms and are looking to expedite their submission may also submit their forms at the venue.
