Minority shareholders of SingPost have raised concerns about the recent corporate governance issues at SingPost and announcement of the “administrative oversight” in the acquisition of F.S. Mackenzie Limited. SIAS is requesting a meeting with the Chairman and independent directors to seek clarification to address shareholder concerns and understand the issues better.
