SIAS notes with concern the issues raised by the latest Iceberg Research report on Noble and will be seeking a discussion with senior management of Noble shortly.
Minority shareholders have already suffered significant losses in their investment in Noble and want to know how the Company proposes to meet the challenges ahead. SIAS acknowledges the difficulties facing commodity companies but how the companies provide assurance to shareholders is vital to bring back confidence in the stock.
