SIAS welcomes the appointment of Drew & Napier as joint special auditor with PwC and that the full report will be sent to SGX. Together with ACRA’s communication to PwC that the requirements of the ACRA Code must be met, this announcement provides greater assurance to all stakeholders that the special audit is independent and the report addresses all serious concerns of stakeholders. SIAS awaits the report and findings of the special audit.
