The Agenda for the meeting:
- To confirm minutes of AGM held on 31st October 2017.
- To receive Annual Report and adopt the Audited Accounts for the year ended 30th June 2018.
- To appoint Auditors for the ensuing year.
- To approve the amendments to SIAS Constitution Clause 20 and Clause 21.2 in accordance to the Charities Act
- To transact any other business of which 7 clear day’s notice has been giving in writing to the Honorary Secretary.
