The Agenda for the meeting:
- To confirm minutes of AGM held on 22 October 2025.
- To receive and adopt the Annual Report for financial year 2025/2026.
- To receive and adopt the Audited Accounts for the financial year ended 30 June 2026.
- To appoint Auditors for the ensuing year.
- To approve the change of financial year end.
- To approve the proposed changes to SIAS Constitution.
- To transact any other business of which two weeks’ notice has been given in writing to SIAS Honorary Secretary.
