Please be informed that about 200 structured product investors who have received partial or no compensation from financial institutions, will be attending a dialogue session with a panel from SIAS.
This dialogue session is to assist these investors to decide on whether they should proceed with their claims with FIDReC or common law courts. The panel will address the procedures, advantages and disadvantages of proceeding in either of the institutions. We will also cover what amounts to mis-selling. Below is the agenda for the dialogue session:
