Mr David Gerald

Mr David Gerald, a former lawyer, magistrate and DPP, is the Founder, President and CEO of SIAS. He is a member of the Corporate Governance Advisory Committee of MAS and a member of the Listing Advisory Committee, Disciplinary Committee and Appeals Committee of Singapore Exchange. He represents SIAS on the OECD Asian Corporate Governance Roundtable. Mr David Gerald is also the co-founder of the Medico-legal Society of Singapore, a recipient of the Singapore Public Service Medal and the Chairman of Dazhong Primary School Advisory Committee.
