Mr David Toh is the Risks & Controls and Internal Audit Leader of PwC Singapore (“PwC”) and PwC’s Governance Board Chairman. He is a Board member and Audit & Risk Committee Chairman at Yellow Ribbon Singapore and Board member at SEEDs Capital. He is also the Treasurer and Management Committee member of Singapore Children’s Society, Board of Governor of The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) Singapore and Vice Chairman of Tampines Central Citizens’ Consultative Committee.
