Mr Tan Teck Jin Melvin is the Co-Founder and a Portfolio Manager at 8VantEdge Pte Ltd, managing a global equities fund. Previously, Mr Tan was an equity partner at DCG Capital, an Asia focused value investing firm. Prior to fund management, he served as Head, Securities Fraud Branch at the Commercial Affairs Department. Mr Tan holds a Bachelor of Ats and Masters in Engineering from Cambridge University, an MBA from Columbia Business School and is a CFA charter holder. Mr Tan serves on the CAD-MAS Panel of Experts and is an operationally ready NSman.
