Grace Chen is the Founder of Second Room, a practice that works with leaders on strategy, framing, and engagement for high-stakes decisions and moments. She previously spent eight years at CapitaLand Investment (CLI), one of Asia-Pacific's largest real asset managers, where she established and led the Group's investor relations function. As part of CLI's founding team, she advised senior management and the Board through the company's 2021 restructuring and listing, as well as several major M&A transactions. With nearly two decades of experience spanning strategy, finance, and stakeholder engagement, Grace brings deep insight into how leadership clarity and communication shape trust and long-term value.
