MC members are required to act with professionalism, honesty and integrity and comply with the Association%u2019s governance policies and practices and their governance roles under the Constitution.16 There are processes for regular supervision, appraisal and professional development of staff.5.5 Complied The Association conducts a bi-Annual performance appraisal exercise for all staff.
