Staff Learning And DevelopmentPeople are the most important assets to SIAS. To keep our employees agile and responsive to changing industry conditions, we encourage staff to take on training and development through over 148 of our investing education programmes and the available training programmes in the market. Essential learning programmes such as Microsoft Excel and Fundamental of Personal Data courses are organised for our staff to equip them with the knowledge and proficiency required in their day-to-day work. 75% of our staff have attended certifiable courses relevant to their work this year. Annually, SIAS staff will attend group training to further enhance or learn a new skillset. The group training, besides staff learning new skills and knowledge, is to promote a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration among team members. This year, our staff attended a one-day basic first aid and AED course to be equipped with the skills and knowledge to handle basic medical emergencies with confidence when needed, enhancing our overall workplace safety and well-being. 79% of our staff attended the course and benefited from this training.4425TH ANNUAL REPORT | 2023 - 2024
