- To confirm minutes of AGM held on 30th October 2018.
- To receive Annual Report and adopt the Audited Accounts for the year ended 30th June 2019.
- To appoint Auditors for the ensuing year.
- To elect members to the Management Committee 2019 – 2021
- To transact any other business of which two weeks’ of notice has been given in writing to the Honorary Secretary.
